TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Women's Basketball welcomes Tycee Thibeaux to the Lady Lancers program for the upcoming season.

Thibeaux, a native of Pearland, Texas, and a graduate of Pearland High School, brings talent, determination and a strong competitive mindset to one of the region's rising collegiate basketball programs. Her commitment to excellence on the court and in the classroom makes her an outstanding addition to the EWC community.

"I chose EWC because when I visited the campus and met the coaching staff and players, I really felt comfortable and built relationships with everyone in a short amount of time," Thibeaux said. "The campus was nice and everyone was welcoming. I can see myself growing there as a player and student."

Head Women's Basketball Coach Tim Larsen said he is excited to welcome Thibeaux to the Lady Lancers roster.

"Tycee is a tremendous addition to our program," Larsen said. "She brings talent, energy and a desire to improve every day. We're excited to have her join our family and look forward to the impact she will make on and off the court."

As she begins her collegiate basketball career, Thibeaux is ready to contribute to the continued success of the Lady Lancers while pursuing her academic goals at Eastern Wyoming College.
