TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Rodeo welcomes Cooper Myers to the Lancer Rodeo Team for the upcoming season.
Myers brings talent, determination and a strong competitive background as he joins one of the region's growing collegiate rodeo programs. His commitment to success in the arena and in the classroom makes him an outstanding addition to the EWC community.
"I'm excited for the opportunity to continue my rodeo career at Eastern Wyoming College and become part of the Lancer Rodeo Team," Myers said. "I'm looking forward to competing, improving and representing EWC."
Head Rodeo Coach Whit Peterson said he is excited to add Myers to the roster.
"Cooper is the type of student-athlete we want in our program," Peterson said. "He works hard, competes with confidence and will be a great fit for our team both in and out of the arena."
As he begins his collegiate rodeo career, Myers is ready to contribute to the continued success of the Lancer Rodeo Team while pursuing his academic goals at EWC.
