Eastern Wyoming College Men’s Basketball Announces Vukasin Spasojevic’s Transfer to LSU Alexandria

TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Men’s Basketball announces that Vukasin Spasojevic will continue his academic and athletic career at Louisiana State University of Alexandria (LSUA).

Spasojevic departs the Lancers after a strong tenure with the program, demonstrating discipline, growth and a commitment to improving his game. His time at EWC helped lay the foundation for his success at the next level, both on the court and in the classroom.

“This signing is a big step forward and motivation to keep improving,” Spasojevic said. “I chose this four-year program because it was the best fit for basketball and academics. My time at EWC prepared me for the next level because it gave me better discipline and improved my game. My family, my girlfriend and my coaches have had the biggest impact on helping me reach this point in my career. My goals for the next step are to improve, help the team win and graduate.”

Head Men’s Basketball Coach Bill Engel said he is proud of Spasojevic’s development and accomplishments.

“Vukasin has worked hard to earn this opportunity,” Engel said. “He has grown tremendously during his time here, both as a player and as a person. We’re excited to see him continue his career and know he will make a positive impact at LSU Alexandria.”

As he transitions to Louisiana State University of Alexandria, Spasojevic carries with him the experience and foundation built at Eastern Wyoming College and is prepared to contribute at the next level.
