TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Men’s Basketball has announced the re-signing of Adam Coxon for the upcoming season.

Coxon, a 6’2” sharpshooting guard from Manchester, England, made a strong impact during his freshman campaign with the Lancers. He appeared in 28 games and shot 36.4% from 3-point range, quickly establishing himself as a valuable contributor.

Known for his shooting ability, athleticism and fearless approach, Coxon provided a consistent offensive presence throughout the season.

Head Coach Bill Engel said Coxon’s development will be key moving forward.

“Adam has the potential to become an elite shooter,” Engel said. “He has a great work ethic, and we expect him to have a strong offseason improving his foot speed and defensive prowess. His dedication will give him every opportunity to compete for a starter’s minutes.”

Coxon is expected to make significant strides during the offseason and return this fall ready to compete for an expanded role.
