TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Women's Basketball welcomes Taylor Schaffer to the Lady Lancers program for the upcoming season.

Schaffer, a native of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and a graduate of Cheyenne East High School, brings talent, determination and a strong competitive mindset to one of the region's rising collegiate basketball programs. Her commitment to excellence on the court and in the classroom makes her an outstanding addition to the EWC community.

"I chose EWC because of the family atmosphere," Schaffer said.

Head Women's Basketball Coach Tim Larsen said he is excited to welcome Schaffer to the Lady Lancers roster.

"Taylor is a tremendous addition to our program," Larsen said. "She brings skill, energy and a team-first mentality to our roster. We're excited to have her join our family and look forward to the impact she will make on and off the court."

As she begins her collegiate basketball career, Schaffer is ready to contribute to the continued success of the Lady Lancers while pursuing her academic goals at Eastern Wyoming College.
