TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Rodeo welcomes Gracie Skogen of Casper, Wyoming, to the Lancer Rodeo Team for the Fall 2026 season.
Skogen, a graduate of Kelly Walsh High School, will compete in breakaway roping and team roping while pursuing studies in agricultural business and science at EWC.
"I have heard great things about the community and team," Skogen said. "I also think it is an environment that I would thrive and learn a lot in."
Head Rodeo Coach Whit Peterson said Skogen will be a strong addition to the women's roster.
"Gracie is a talented competitor with a strong work ethic and passion for rodeo," Peterson said. "We are excited to have her join our program and look forward to watching her continue to develop both in and out of the arena."
Skogen's commitment to academics and rodeo reflects the values of the EWC Rodeo program as she prepares to begin her collegiate career with the Lancers.
